Power Leg Building Srategy

When your looking for a company and a mentor to work with it is very important to look at the marketing plan and see if it allows you to build power legs without losing out on a lot of commissions.

Binary mlm compensation structures encourage power leg building where you build straight down and many distributors benefit from the efforts of others. You still need to be able to build your other side and since that is the side you get paid off of, you need to work on and learn how to start structuring and building a powerleg of your own.

Onother very popular mlm pay plan is a unilevel compansation structure. It is very important in a unilevel that you don't have to build too wide to hit the top ranks and it needs dynamic compression which doesn't allow for break-age in commissions. This compensation plan can be very lucrative to build power legs with since distributors can start earning checks with out having another leg growing like a binary plan. Note: with this marketing plan make sure the company allows you to retain sponsorship even though you are placing the new distributor under another rep.

The concept of a powerleg is to create excitement and momentum and ultimately volume which you get paid on. It also creates higher retention rates since new distributors end up with new recruits faster and they start earning checks. You as the leader start sponsoring each new distributor under the next and you encourage them to sponsor at least one or two into the power leg before they start working on their power leg. This is very effective at keeping distributors on the product and working the program. Now they ultimately need to learn how to build their own business, this technique increases their chances of success, but is not a welfare set up, since for them to really reap all the benefits they still need to go to work and learn the business and qualify for bigger commissions.
