If you are fairly new to the internet or trying to build your business using the internet, then there are some things you must consider. First if you are planning on using your companies replicated website, how will you capture the name of anyone visiting the site or how will you know if anyone is even hitting your site. You will be competing with all the other websites that look the same. You don’t want to be spending money on advertising your website if you don’t have a way to capture the person’s information if they are interested.

So one of the first things you will need is your own lead capture page. Now to get prospects to give you their information, you will want to offer something of value such as an e-book, audio recording, or video series. You can produce your own information products or you can purchase them and get re-brandable rights. So now you are capturing leads, do you have a way to follow up with them? You will have to get an auto-responder and write some sales copy and decide how often to send your emails out. Will you be offering other products to sell besides your mlm opportunity in the emails you send out?

Now let’s say you have a few new distributors sign up. Do you have some kind of system or training in place to help them get started? Have you even considered an mlm online marketing system to promote your mlm business? If not then I suggest you take a serious look at using one of them to build your business.

When I first decided to start building my mlm business online I immediately started looking for a generic system I could use to plug my down line into. Some appeared to be generic on the surface, but really were designed to build the specific company the distributors were involved with. Some of the systems require you to sign up with all kinds of affiliate programs and are very time consuming and difficult to set up. They can be a little frustrating to, if you are new to the internet. Most of the systems require you to set up a separate auto-responder and enter the pre-written emails into them. This also can be time consuming if you have never used an auto-responder before. I found a few systems that were totally generic, have lead capture pages that are highly effective, and are extremely easy to set up, and the auto-responder is done in house. Basically emails will be sent to your prospects until they sign up in your program or opt out. Systems also provide ways of making additional money on the front end with-out signing up in a bunch of other affiliate programs.

I would highly recommend using an mlm online marketing system to build your mlm business. If you are trying to learn online marketing techniques for driving traffic to your websites, then I think you should spend your time perfecting your marketing skills and teaching them to your team so they can use the system to build their mlm businesses. The system allows you to only spend time with prospects that contact you and that are interested in your business.
